Shipping Policy

We want your Wrapaganda to land on your doorstep as fast and as safely as possible. Here's how shipping works.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Rates are shown before you pay — no surprises. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Delivery estimates

• Domestic (US): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect transit time.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable window after the estimated delivery date, email info@wrapaganda.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (for damage) photos. We'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
